The City Shop is a 90’x150’ clear span metal building with 20’ eave heights. The building includes a concrete foundation, floor slab, exterior aprons, and a steel structure with insulated metal siding panels. Due to the extreme weather in Egegik, the building was designed to withstand wind and snow loads, as well as the seismic effects prescribed for the geographical area.

Construction of a new, two-story Dormitory building and construction of a new, two-story addition to the existing Technical Education and Support Services (TESS) Building on the campus of Yuut Elitnaurviat in Bethel, Alaska. Work also includes renovation to existing space within the TESS Building as well as utility extensions and site fill and grade improvements around campus.

These housing units were built to provide needed housing for the staff at the new hospital in Bethel that was completed in 2018. The housing complex is 41,026 sf in area and consists of two structures—a three-story housing facility and a separate two-story housing facility.

Bethel-Webcor JV1 was contracted to reconstruct the Mobile Dive Salvage Unit 1 historic building in JBPHH while maintaining full operations allowing MDSU-1 to remain mission capable during construction.

Bethel-Webcor JV1 was contracted to design and construct the P-1132 Communications Information System (CIS) Operations Complex across three separate sites located at Camp Pendleton, CA.

Bethel coordinated the design, site development, and construction of this 57,800 sf mixed use facility which houses a retail grocery and general merchandise store, two movie theaters, and a central food pavilion.

Bethel was the Prime Contractor for the design and construction of this two-bay, 23,000 SF Corrosion Control Hangar supporting Low-Observable and Composite Repair Maintenance for F-22 Aircraft on JBER, Alaska.

Bethel was contracted to construct a 42,500 sf new school for grades Kindergarten through 12 in the remote village of Napaskiak, Alaska by the Lower Kuskokwim School District. Napaskiak is approximately 7 miles from Bethel AK.

Bethel was contracted to construct a 48,500sf two story replacement school and utility building in the remote village of Kwethluk, Alaska by the Lower Kuskokwim School District. Kwethluk is approximately 12 miles from Bethel AK.

Bethel was contracted to construct a 27,600 sf renovation and an addition of a new 7,000 SF industrial studies training area.at the Northwest Magnet School in Kotzebue, AK by the Northwest Arctic School District.

Bethel was contracted to construct a community of 26 family housing units, including roads, utilities, and recreational facilities for the U.S. Coast Guard in Cordova, Alaska, including a total of over 60,000 SF of new construction.

Bethel-UNIT JV was contracted as the Design-Build contractor for the renovation and addition to the Youth Detention Facility in Bethel, Alaska.

Bethel was the Design-Build contractor for the new two-story building of approximately 27,200 SF in Bethel, Alaska. The building accommodates a six lane swimming pool, spa, running track, water slide, exercise rooms and other community use areas.

Bethel was the Design-Build contractor for the construction of a new 12-lane bowling facility with food and beverage service, a pro shop, and multi-purpose spaces. The new 17,124 SF structure replaced the existing bowling facility.

Bethel constructed an 8,788 sf two story 68-bed dormitory within the existing 10-acre Yuut Elitnaurviat People's Learning Center Campus in Bethel, Alaska. The building provided a combination of bunk-beds and efficiency apartments.
